The Company limits the collection of your personal data to the strict minimum necessary to provide you with a bespoke, emotionally engaging travel experience. Data processing is based on the following legal grounds:
  • Identity & Contact (Surname, first name, telephone number, email address, language of correspondence): Management of your contact enquiries, quotations, booking confirmations and customer follow-up. [Legal basis: Performance of a contract]
  • VIP logistical details (Pick-up location/hotel/luxury hotel, passenger details, dates of stay): Meticulous organisation of transfers and boarding the Company’s vehicle. [Legal basis: Performance of the contract]
  • Health data & dietary requirements (Allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, mobility limitations): Absolute safety when organising our ‘Chic Barbecues’ and walks along Alpine trails. [Legal basis: Explicit consent]
  • Personalisation data (Passengers’ first names for welcome gestures, exclusive engravings): Unique and high-end personalisation of the travel experience. [Legal basis: – – Performance of the contracts
  • Financial data (billing information and secure payment details): Accounting and tax processing, and collection of deposits and final payments. [Legal basis: Legal obligation and performance of the contract]

ARTICLE 3 : NON-DISCLOSURE AND ABSOLUTE CONFIDENTIALITY
Your personal data is treated with the utmost confidentiality. It is never sold, rented, exchanged or passed on to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with trusted third parties that are strictly necessary for the provision of our services:
  • Banks and financial intermediaries for the highly secure processing of your transactions.
  • Partner hotels or concierge services (only if your booking was initiated via your hotel’s Chief Concierge).
  • Official authorities (police, customs) only where required by law or in the context of checks relating to the professional transport of passengers (Chauffeurs Ordinance – OTR 2).

ARTICLE 4 : USE OF IMAGES AND PHOTOGRAPHS (RIGHT TO ONE’S OWN IMAGE)

As part of our efforts to promote our exceptional experiences, no photographs or videos in which a passenger can be identified (by a recognisable face) will be published on our website, in our brochures or on our social media channels without the Customer’s prior, express and written consent (in accordance with Article 6 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale).

ARTICLE 5 : DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The Company retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
  • Data relating to bookings and invoicing is retained for 10 years, in accordance with the legal requirements for the retention of accounting documents in force in Switzerland (Swiss Code of Obligations).
  •  Basic contact details (quotation requests that are not followed up) are automatically deleted after a period of 12 months.

ARTICLE 6 : DATA SECURITY

The Company implements strict technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against tampering, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised third parties (encryption of work mobile devices, secure access, SSL/HTTPS protocols on the website).

ARTICLE 7 : YOUR RIGHTS (IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SWISS Data Protection Act)
As a data subject, Swiss law grants you the following rights, which you may exercise at any time and free of charge:
  • Right of access: To obtain information about the data we hold concerning you.

  • Right to erasure: To request the deletion of your data (subject to our legal obligations regarding the retention of accounting records).
  • Right to withdraw consent: To withdraw your consent at any time for processing operations based on that consent (e.g. use of a photograph).

ARTICLE 8 : AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY
The Company reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy in order to remain fully compliant with changes in Swiss legislation. Any amendments shall come into effect as soon as they are published on our website.
